MULTI-USE GRINDING MACHINE This multi-purpose grinder combines the functions of universal external grinder and universal cutter grinder. It performs with super quality such tasks as grinding internal and external cylindrical and taper workpieces', flat, vertical and inclined surfaces and slots. It can also readily undertake sharpening cutters such as various milling cutters, reamers, pinion cutters and lathe and planing tools, etc. Attached with optional accessories supplied upon ordering, it can also be used for sharpening straight-fluted hobs. You may find it an indispensable equipment for your toolshop, repair shop, research units and small and medium scale machinery plants. This machine has the features of excellent structure design and precision fabrication. The wheelhead spindle adjustments are easy. The bearings are constantly lubricated. Temperature rise is low. When the radial play is adjusted to 0.002mm, the spindle system is produced and tested to give trouble-free running. The work table drive may be either hydraulic or manual controlled hydraulic servo. Operations are flexible and light. The machine works either "wet" or "dry". The guideway cases are of enclosed type, which fully protect againt grinding dust, dirt and coolant water. Two work stations are provided, one in front and one behind the main frame of the machine.
